Pamela Matsuda, Marriage, Child & Family Therapy
My work with people focuses on areas such as loneliness, depression, anxiety, identity, sexual issues, divorce, grief and loss, gay/lesbian issues, trauma, and struggles children can have such as anger, peer relations, sibling conflicts. I am influenced by the work of Sue Johnson, Virginia Satir and John Gottman.
My primary focus is on the quality of relationships, to ourselves and others. I offer talk therapy as well as art therapy, play therapy and sandtray depending on the needs of the person. I was born and grew up in Hawaii, went to graduate school here and in New Mexico.
